Shipping: All orders within the USA are shipped for free via UPS Ground. Shipping charges apply for all international orders and will be determined on a per order basis.

Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, for product dissatisfaction, size changes and manufacturer defect. If a product is damaged we will pay for shipping. If you would like to change a size, ship the item back to us at your expense and we will ship the item back to you at ours. All returns and exchanges must receive a Return Authorization from TillyJane Inc. directly. Please contact us for Return Authorization.

All information pertaining to orders is encrypted through industry standard SSL. No third parties are ever authorized access or given customer information. We do not sell or give third parties email addresses or any information pertinent to our customers.
